WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENT DO YOU TAKE?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. ApplePay and PayPal are also acceptable ways to pay through our site.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
At this time, we are only able to ship within the continental US. We are unable to ship to AK, HI, APO/FPO.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Please allow us 24-48 hours to process your order. Once the order has been processed, delivery typically takes between 3-5 business days. It may take a bit longer during peak delivery time (around the holidays). Once the item has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
DO YOU HAVE FASTER SHIPPING OPTIONS?
We sure do. Please contact us if you are interested in expedited shipping. We can provide you with a custom quote.
I'VE RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Rest assured knowing that we will take care of any mistake that we make. We carefully inspect every product before they are boxed and shipped. Occasionally, a product will arrive damaged or defective. If you received a damaged/defective product, please notify us within 5 days of the arrival of your product. We ask that you take a picture of the damaged product and include a description of what the issue is. Please send damaged/defective product notices to firstname.lastname@example.org. Don't worry about the cost of shipping - that's on us! We'll send you out a replacement product as soon as possible after we have verified the product is damaged/defective and it is within the 5-day time frame.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Yes. We want you to love every purchase you make with us. If you change your mind-don't worry! You may return your items within 30 days of purchasing. Please email us at email@example.com to initiate a return and include a reason for wanting to do so. We currently do not offer free shipping on returns. We highly suggest using a shipping method that insures the products in case they are damaged during shipping, as well as proper packaging materials to protect the items during shipping. We are not responsible for products damaged during shipping when returned back to us. You may receive a refund for the items as long as it is shipped back within 30 days upon arrival. The refund will be sent back to the original payment method only.
